Freebie: FREE Apistogramma borellii M&F & Community tank fish

Hi,

Due to unforseen circumstances, I am unable to dedicate the proper time to caring for my fish, therefore I am willing to give away the fish for free if you are willing to collect them.

I have a group of Bronze corys (5 adults, 3 babies that naturally spawned), a few Ember Tetras (most of them died off naturally throughout the year), a bunch of different shrimp, as well as 1 beautiful male Apistogramma borellii and two females.

I live in the general Rynfield, Benoni area. Fish are for free, equipment and tank not included

I don't have perfect pictures of the fish in the tank as it's hard to photograph but I got some from the internet that are identical to what it looks like.

Are you treating the water ie lowering the ph?

 

I didn't find it necessary, I've had them for about 8 months and they adapted seamlessly. The ph in my area is naturally high, and instead of treating it and having it flucuate which I would think would cause more issues, I kept it as it is. The male is also very docile, none of the fish chase the shrimp (only the little baby ones).

 

i wouldnt mind taking them off your hands,if they still available.
