Still small around 13cm

Yeah, he has. Haven't seen such a food-obsessed fish in my life. Maybe because he is still young and growing.

Yup and so far he has been leaving all my plants alone. Though he has yet to figure out that he has something big on his head so he cant just swimming through the plants.

I think they all are that way lol. You should see my Africans. Just walking into the lounge and they are jumping out all over the place. It's a matter of days till one lands on the floor and not back in the tank

 

My malawi's also con me constantly. Hungry 24/7

I have to admit, I never really liked these fish, but he is a beautiful specimen and has certainly changed a lot since you got him, great job man... must be all those amazing plants in that tank
