Floating plant ID

    Hi, I have a bunch of these guys in my 100 liter tank. I found them 6 months ago on the Crocodile river at a resort and since then they have out grown my tank at least 6 times and had to get rid of some. I would like to khow the name and species if someone out there khows. [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    Or salvinia natans.
    Regardless, be very careful about discarded pieces - never flush it down the drain as it is highly invasive. Compost heap or dustbin is best.

    Agreed, I usually throw them for the chickens or in the garden. They never go in the drain amd their isn't a body of water near us except our pool
