fishless cycle with ammonia question

    hi guys i want to do a fishless cycle . my question - can i use JEYES SCRUBB'S CLOUDY AMMONIA? it contains 8% ammonia, water and a clouding agent of which amount is not stated ,only info i managed to get was the clouding agent used in a very low amount .

    No, rather just add some fish food.

    Better just buy some seachem stability.

    Yeah I wouldn't risk it... Like @Vis says, rather use something like Prime or Tetra Safe Start. I've used both and they work great.

    Far easier to use something like Seachem Stability, if you follow the instructions to the letter, you can start adding fish right away, and your tank is cycled in 7 days as opposed to around 3 weeks when using ammonia. my 2c worth...

    Seachem Stability works.
    Remember to use something like Seachem Prime with every water change.
    It removes the chlorine and chloramine, binds heavy metals, and generally makes the water safe for fish.
    If you can't find that, Tetra Aquasafe or Sera Aquatan will also work.
