What fish are you guys breeding and willing to trade or swap...

    Can include plants aswell...

Good quality fish only, bad quality should be culled...

Guppies, but not for selling purposes, they just seem to multiply, some of the fry become food for the larger fish and some fry I keep, I give away quite a few also to get people hooked on aquariums :)

Planning on breeding guppies properly. Should happen soon as we have the 3ft set up.
Also plan on breeding betta's but that will take a little while. Still need to source females after the tank has cycled.

To all you krib breeders what is the correct way to sex them, i have 4 but unsure how to sex them, by colour? or by fin shape? Im desperatly looking for a pair to breed but i cant seem to get them to pair off.. They have the whole red belly things and more than one suitable spot to breed..

females are plumb and maroon belly. male is long and slender and its dorsal fin will trail when he gets bigger.

make sure they sexually mature or the wont breed, obviously

acording to me the male is bigger than the female and the fin shape is the other way you can tell the males long and pionted at the end and the female has a more rounded tip. hope that helps I will try and post pics of my male and of my female for you.
