Stir the water around to encourage gaseous exchange. And how much did the temperature drop?

Cause it sounds like how my one corydora was acting yesterday after being in 17C water for 16 hours.
Aeration should bring him around long enough for power to come back. I suggest start looking at battery options such as as/dc air pumps or ups's.

Revived a parrot cichlid today that was in a tank for 2 days with no power but dripping in warm water for a tank and an airstone. Came in not moving and upside down.

I use a sobo sb 4000. I ran it yesterday on one of those cheap promotional powerbanks about 2000mah for 4 to 5 hours. It also has an internal battery. Also I've had the pump for almost 2 years.
