First try at a biotope scape

    This is my new biotope setup moss will be added soon to te rocks want to keep it low tech.

    Agree @AntonP .. looks stunning!!

    Cant make out for sure but, is that Pothos/Devil's Ivy that you have at the top?

    Jip pothos its a plant that never dies on me looks great and grow well with almost no light and with roots in the water

    Not sure where you stay but if around Jhb/Pta...Have you by any chance seen any for sale anywhere?

    We have been hunting for them for couple months now and believe it or not, not one plant at any Nursery!!
    I havent been up to the North but its unbelievable.. such a basic age old common plant and you cant find them

    We want to put some growing suspended on top of the tanks with the roots in the water.

    I bought mine from president hyper in krugersdorp but sterlig nursery in krugersdorp also have plenty and i saw at lifestyle aswell

    I agree with what the others have said - looks really stunning.

    Low tech plants would include anubias, bolbitis, ferns. For the amount of light you got there, I don't think you'll succeed in growing crypts. They need a bit more light than that.

    Its my guppy tank will only add corrys i want to make it look like a real under water river with tann colured water not clear a bit brown and will add more java fern soon
