First angel spawn

Hi guys

Here is some pics of my angels with their fry.

These pics are a week old so here they are about 3 weeks old. Growing incredibly fast!!!

Male is a monster, really a big fish with long tail extensions.

Too bad I'm the forum's worst photographer, does not do them justice.....

A totally unrelated question, BUT, are you using a phosphate buffer to change your pH?

 

Got them from the Prof.

 

I don't use any chemicals. Only prime with water changes.....

 

That's the way! I asked 'cos, that algae looks cool. My ancistrus would have a field day in that tank! Normally phosphate buffers cause an algae bloom.

 

:embarrest: Now you're making me feel bad about my tank maintenance....

 

Hahahaa no....I'm actually having trouble trying to get algae in one of my outdoor tanks. I was going to resort to a phosphate buffer but the tank is relatively fresh. Added plants yesterday. Hopefully I get some fresh algae for my BN's

 

You're BN would burst in my apisto grow out tank......

But they are doing very well, very active and growing nicely.
