feeding my discus healthy foods

Halo can you pls help me where can I get a good beefherat or turkey heart or even pork heart mix to feed my discus with as this would improve their growth and health compared to blood worms pls

Halo mattie how are you doing i did send him an email to ask for a list of the foods that he brings in and stillwaiting but i do understand that he is busy i do feed bloodworms mysis brine shrimp tetra bits and ocean nutirtion discus flakes to my fish

 

That variety are more than adequate.

 

Sounds like a good variety to me. If you can find spirulina flakes they'll make a good addition. Lots of people keep discus without feeding beef heart, maybe they won't grow quite as fast or as big but they can be completely healthy.
