Please help in identifying what’s wrong with my Malawi Peacock, is it fat or bloated? The fish behavior hasn’t changed, still very active and bossy.

Soak some pellets in a little epsom salt desolved in water. Epsom is your go to for bloat and won't do harm if he's just a little fat from gorging.

What happened to the other two fish?
Did they bloat or die for no visible reason?
if you lost other fish for no apparent reason, Keep an eye on the tank as the Epson salts should not have been the cause of you loosing the other two fish

Not sure really my albino peacock died overnight just after using the epson salt, and than the next day another fish died overnight after using the epson salt, not sure if it’s coincidental or not but I haven’t lost anymore fish

Nope, epsom salt won't kill like that, I've used it on discus fry without problems. It's magnesium sulphate and only affects general hardness which malawis have no problem with. What do you have in your filter? Any zeolite or ammonia pulling product? Also, do you feed tubifex? And how long has the tank been running?
