    Can one buy these in SA? or are they on the Cites black list?

    I saw some of these guys in a Zimbabwe fish shop while i was there... i love how freaky they look. Because i WANTED some badly back in the day, i did some emailing and found that they are outlawed here in SA. The only examples i could find in SA was in Bloemfontein at an amphibian exhibit.

    They should ask all the home breeders worldwide to breed them and we could rebuild the population

    Is that different to Semi outlawed?
    Is partly outlawed also the same?

    its outlawed on both the old and new list... and no you cant keep it on permit like some of the animals on the black lists

    But they are cute LOL... Would really have liked to have a pair. Almost reminds me of mudskippers.
