Expedition up Rio Negro, Jan 2013

    Recently I took part in an expedition up the Rio Negro working on a Project called, Project Piaba. This project is revolved around sustainable collecting for the fish hobby in the middle Rio Negro system. There will be a full article in the May/June issue of TheFishkeeper mag but if any one wants to know anything about it, feel free to post away :bigsmile:

    I suppose the big Q is how is the river handling the constant fishing for our pleasure and is there talk of any of the fish going extinct from it all?
