Excellent Service

I've been to Pet Stop in Rietfontein today and received excellent service.

Thank you Pet Stop, I would recommend you to everyone else.

 

I have not been there (yet), but only from what I see on this forum....... I'm going to do the 600km (return) drive to see for myself..... seems worth the trip.....

 

Yeah come and braai next weekend.

 

I've been there yesterday aswell.. Thanks to @Moolis and @azurekoi for superb service, smiles, jokes and healty fish. Shaun those panda corries are doing great, I love them to bits.

I have been to almost every pet shop from montana to centurion this is hands down NUMBER 1 on my list its an awesome petshop and the service and help that @azurekoi provides with regards to the tropical fish cant be beaten :bigsmile:

 

If you're looking for excellent service, friendly staff, healthy pets and expert advice then Pet Stop is the place to go. @Cheetah, it will be worth every minute and evry cent to take down the 600km to pay @Moolis and the team a visit. You won't be disappointed, wish I can do it more often!!!

 

Business events takes me to Jo'burg on 30 August..... If I'm left with an exact street address for my GPS..... on my way back..... I may even consider the detour......

i agree every visit i've had to petstop has been great and every one knows their stuff. and lets not forget the awesome stock they get in all the time!

 

I must agree I just bought a new 4 foot tank for malawi set up and custom build 110l sump from them, great service and very helpful,

 

I have just returned home from a day trip to Pretoria, specifically to go to pet stop, and they made the entire trip worthwhile just on their own. The stores is neat and tidy, and above all else, clean. There is none of that "questionable run pet store/fish store" smell, you guys know what I mean I am sure, the slight whiff of decaying biological matter, a disturbing tang of excreted ammonia, etc, or the smell of heavy chemicals and perfumes to disguise the smell. The staff are friendly, and show a genuine interest in their customers questions and remarks, they are knowledgeable, amicable, and bend over backwards to offer you as much assistance as may be needed, they seem to have an innate pride in what they are doing, and in the amazing store they represent, starting at the top, with the Moolis the chief, right through to guys working the "trenches" in the firing line at the tills. The prices are also very very reasonable as far as I am concerned, and probably most important of all, the livestock, is all in supreme, healthy, condition, not to mention the incredible range they offer.

I can say without doubt, that I will from now on only source anything I need from them, regardless of the fact that I will have to travel up to Pretoria to do so, it is a trip, and money, very well spent. To Moolis, Didi and the rest of the crew (apologies, I'm terrible at recalling names), I would like to offer a heartfelt thanks, for being a great bunch, and for setting an example, of what a premium lps/lfs should be.
