Excel help

hey guys


I am in charge with my teams stats and cant seem to find a function that will
automatically move the members with their stats. In other words a leaderboard.

Does anyone know how to do this? Internet is not giving me much help.

Im using Microsoft office excel 2007.

Example:

1. Player A - 12(points)
2. Player b - 1
3. Player c - 5
4. Player d - 27

This is what i want it to look like

1. Player d - 27
2. Player a - 12
3. Player c - 5
4. Player b - 1

This must have an automatic change when the values change.

This is very hard to put in words

members names stay the same but there values change once a week. Im soooo bad at explaining.....

O you want to change the total for each player and then have excell change the list automatically according to Highest points downward. Just add a filter that says highest first.

 

i will go and check what size that excel 4 dummies is and mail to all interrested

 

A simple sort macro will sort it

 

excel for dummies quick reference = 8.35meg
excel for dummies time saving technics = 15.3meg

how can i shrink this?
