Endler guppies in main tank

Hi professor. I have a tank full of Endler guppies that I got from you. They are breeding like bunnies these days. Can I put a few in my big tank to help with my small algae problem? Will they eat the black hair algae that growing on some of my plants and bog wood? I also have green algae growing on some plants in one corner as its getting some sunlight.

Glad to hear that your Endlers are doing well.

All guppies are good for picking away at green algae, but no fishes will eat black hair algae, so this will help against the green algae but not against the brush algae.
