emmersed setup

    so i thought you guys might like to be interesed in my emmersed setup i have currently going on.
    all it is is glosso and hc and some unknown plant. maybe you guys can help me id it.

    so this is the 1st gloss setup

    Please can you explain what you doing. sorry i am not really sure why you using a glass jar. I am very interested in it though and would please like more information. thank you

    Yeah can you elaborate a bit more? Looks very interesting... Does the plants gets sprayed with water regularly or is it laying in a bed of sogging ground?

    so what i do is keep the plants in a tupperwear or jar, the clearer the container the better. i used ordinary garden soil as a base, planted the stems into the ground and filled the container with water to just below the soil level, then closed the lit and left in the morning sun for 4 weeks. it basically allows me to grow plants at a much faster rate than in the tank submerged and allows me to create a massive carpet of plants in a very short space of time. im in the process of setting up a wabi kusa and will be using these plants. i do not spray anything i only let the humidity build up on the inside
