    Doesn’t look too good.
Is this just adapting to my conditions?
Or should I get rid of it ?

You could cut away the worst leaves, then give it root tabs and see how it does?

might push out new robust growth adapted to your tank parameters. I have found that swords do that - one often loses the old leaves after moving it but it bounces back.

I remember reading/watching someone mentioning that if an Amazon Sword has a spoon shaped leaf then that is emergent growth, which that definitely looks like. I'd trim off the more dead looking leaves, leave 1 or 2 healthy looking ones, and see how it does. Once going they grow like monsters, so you should be able to tell pretty soon if it's a goner

    OK, thanks

Have given them (there are two) a bit of a trim. Removed as much as the dead bits as I could.
Will see if there is any progress in a week or two. If not, may just get rid of it.

Root tabs, they are heavy root feeders and get more than 90% of their food from their roots.
