Driftwood + 6000l tank

ok everybody on this forum must have visited the 6000L tank thread.

now on the laaarge driftwood topic,

what indegenous trees would be suitable EXCEPT mopani, because i dont live in the northern province.

what about normal hardekool "kameeldoring"

what about karee (rhus lancea)

witstinkhout?

wag-'n-bietjie etc.....

boekenhout,

"drolpeer" etc

sory for the afrikaans tree names but i do not have a british heritage

As far as I know you can use almost any wood just not any fruit trees... any wood works but it has to be treated properly
