Download Videos

I wonder if someone know how to download Adobe Flash player videos. Like the one Prof gave a link to last night.

I would love to show other people this vid, but can not sit and wait every time for the thing to load. It takes ages!

 

if you use Mozilla Firefox you can install some plug ins that will manage the downloads for you

Yes, I use Firefox and looked at download helper, but it seems to only do YouTube types and not Adobe. Also, can Download helper be trusted to be malware and spyware free? After all, it is not from Mozilla, but from a third party? Could either of you download the movie I gave the link to above?

Just download that video straight. VLC can play flv's.

its fine for downloading almost any type of video file, youtube uses a flash player (Adobe) to play either flvs or mp4. And for malware/spyware, seems to be safe, I have been using it for a while and never had ill effects.

 

How did you get the download link?

OK, I accepted that too quick. View source where? Right click on the video just give you Adobe info and settings.

 

I have flash player 10 and still have to wait for it to load

Right click on it I suppose? Firefox does not have that option. Which browser are you using?

 

yeah i just used right click on the page, not the video. it should also be in the main menu. i use opera...

 

I will install Opera and check tomorrow.
