Nice 1 Cheetah, some people are not that busy and others I guess just multi-task.
Most companys don't block this site, not on the blacklist lol.
So I guess the boss doesn't know.

Fortunately this site seems under the radar for now. I know MASA has made it onto some block lists... (I might just register another domain or something is tasa gets blocked :p)

Where I work you can browse facebook or whatever, as long as your work gets done. The 55mb internet connection helps...

Well, the work internet is open for me all day as I sometimes need to do research so I usually multi task my browsing or when waiting for code to compile. And I also have to make sure that my work for the day is done at the end of the day.

As long as the work is done, I can do what I want.

I am a FIRM believer in 2 principles.

If your work is finished. Go home. My boss isn't quite in agreement here, and feels that if you finished your work you should find something to do. In this case I TASA. But I honestly feel that if you are 100% complete all your cycles for the day, why not go home? If this is happening 4 times a week, every week, then you need to relook at your work and take on more responsibility.

The second principle I believe in is if your office work can be done at home, and you are a person of integrity and can actually get the work done at home.. then do the work at home. My boss is slowly coming around to this idea, and has actually noticed that sometimes i am more productive when I work form home. At times he has even ASKED me to go work at home, and not bother coming into the office after site visits.
    Then TASA is also easier!

Wel our internet has been blocked and u need a password to access, wich i don't have so i'm using somebody elses. So i can only go onto the net when that person has gone home wich is 4 o'clock. So i guesse the boss does not know. Gives me little time on the forum tho.

I would usually only visit the forum in office time from my work PC if I'm expecting PM (Wish I could get pm's direct to email since outlook is open all day?)

Otherwise I sometimes visit after 4.30 knockoff timewhile waiting for my lift, rest of the time its opera mini access... I still need a home internet solution (that doesn't include or rely on line rentals and telkom wires)

    Ferryman,

If you go to your user profile, you can update to have PM's sent to email, but you have to log into TASA to reply to them
