We have a SOS template somewhere consider at a minimum filling that in .. or my actual view...

No clue and the picture does not help, maybe you need to do a bit more research and if something is not clear in the research you have done revert back to the forum for local experience or advice as it might be different when it comes to international medication vs what we have in ZAF.

My thinking would be start here https://petponder.com/guppy-fish-diseases or https://guppyexpert.com/guppy-diseases-parasites-remedies/ and put a bit more effort into describing the real issue and what you have already researched.

As @f-fish said... give us a bit more info on your tank.. water parameters.. what fish are in the tank...
Doesnt help to say the other fish are fine...
Yesterday one was sick and all were fine.. today another is sick and the others are fine.. if you dont find the cause all the fine ones will eventually get sick one at a time too
Looks like it could be fin rot but it doesnt happen for no reason so... what is causing it?
It could be nipped from other fish but we have no idea what you have in your tank...

So share a bit more than just one picture..

Ok,I will send a pic when I'm home, this guppie is in a different tank with 3 males and 3 females and one swordtail, the otner fish are all well but this guppie mostly has its tail clamped (it's a female).everything is steady in the tank but the nitrates are a bit over normal, will be doing water changes
