does my Betta have fin rot?

    Hi!
    new fish mom here who is worried my boy might have fin rot.....:(
    IMG_9741.jpg does he have fin rot or is that just how his fins look?

    he's very active and loves food

    he is in a 19l filtered and heated tank with live plants but I got him from the store yesterday so it could have come from there if it is rot.

    he's also brightly colored but his light is off because he's had 10 hours of light today

    I also do regular 25% water changes every second day

    That is how his fins is suppose to look. I had one once who had fins like this. It is normal.
    If it was fin rot, it would've been sort of "cloudy" on the fin tips.
