Siamese Algae Eaters, which look similar to Flying Foxes, are supposed to.
But in my experience, they never did.

I found Mollies to be one of the best fish that eat all sorts of algae.

My SAE ate bba from day one... Absolute machines at it too. They're now 10cm+ and still eating it. I don't have experience with any other algae eaters, other than ancistrus, but they're useless.

I did get two. Of them from him but they seem more interested in the bottom feeder food and flakes than algae @Slaapkousie

They are yes so just try not to feed them a few days. And only feed the rest in very very small portions

Haha you will seldom see them eat. Mine chowed the Algea at night. Had a lot of hair Algea. And a week after adding sae it started disappearing. Ottos work great for Algea on leaves aswell

Lol that could be the case plus they are still small only like 5cm to I guess it will take sometime I also got two other algae eaters the same size not sure what kind theyare was in the same tank as the chinese algae eaters. They not orange same colour like the fox but not with a stripe more like a line of dots they went straight to the glass and started cleaning it @Slaapkousie
