   Hi guys i was currious about T5's. I came across a 4ft T5 light fitting that runs T5 HE 28w's. I asked the guy form the lighting company we deal with at work and he said the only thing he has is a T5 HO 54w. Both are 4ft in length i think.
   So now i was wondering dose anyone know the diffrence between HE and HO.
   Do they deliver the same kind of light? i thought T5 was T5... i guess now :amazed:

   HO = High Output. Not sure about HE, maybe High Energy? They could be power compacts though?
   
   You get non HO T5 which are not as bright as T5 HO.

   HE = High Efficiency - made to produce light at the same output as a normal T5 but with much greater efficiency
