Corys, microworms and feeding

I am very much a noob trying to raise my first ever (first ever fish that I have ever had breed) batch of Bronze Cory fry and they are about 4 weeks old. Up until about two weeks ago, I had been feeding them the very fine granulate from Prof Dirk, and egg yolk. Two weeks ago I started feeding them live microworms. I am not sure if it is just coincidence, or as result of adding the microworms, but they have had a MAJOR growth spurt. I have been feeding them the microworms on a regular basis now as my cultures are getting quite strong. What I want to know is how often should I be feeding them microworms? Is it ok to give it every day?
At what point should I be adding other foods, and what foods should I add next?

Hi darryn - always feed a mixed diet, I would feed the microworms 2 or 3 times a week and dirks no1 2 or 3 times a week, throw in a little brine shrimp now and then and I have found Cory's LOVE the Omega One sinking Kelp pellets.. A day without food is also always a good thing...
