Sounds like you need a new keyboard rather than anything to do with windows/bootcamp etc.

Does it do the same under OSX?

Sounds to me like someone messed some liquids on that keyboard.

Sounds to me like coffe/cold drink spill.
I normally spray generously with Pledge(The unscented kind) and clean it thus.
Please do not buy keyboard cleaner. The pledge works even for your Monitor,Keyboards and telephones and will not conduct electricity.

I'd try get it fixed under warranty first, *then* try pledge etc because I think if you try pledge first and it doesn't work and you take it back they won't be very happy.

Hold Alt while booting up, and it will ask you Windows or OSX

As for the keyboard under warranty job, it sounds like a typical water damage failure, but you can try your luck.

Thanks Sauron. after many minets of dusting the cob webs did remember how to do it. If only i computer was as durable as a cheap airstone, life would be like a fish sleep, s-h-t, beg for food and now and again try to bite the hand that is feeding you.
