I know this topic might be up for debate but where in a tank is the best possible location for a co2 diffuser as I have seen people put it in the corner of there tank but I have also see people put it under the filter intake so which one is it ?

I would say, put it opposite of the filter outlet, so that the whole tank gets the co2 bubbles, plants also take co2 from the bubbles that hit them. The longer the bubbles stay in the water , the better the diffusion.

I think probably opposite the filter outlet or maybe underneath the outlet, depending on what type of filter outlet you have. Inline co2 atomizers or reactors solve a lot of co2 distribution issues common with in-tank diffusers so potentially that's an option too.
