With guys like Butcherman in the Gauteng area, I will stay where I am, close to the sea....

 

Personally I would rather take my chances with the sharks down here than the taxis in Gauteng.
But, if I had so see a shark that big, I would most probably sh!t myself. But they are awesome though, very 'majestic'.

Anyhoo, any man that sees a shark that big in the water is gonna have a sewage leak in his swimming trunks. I don't care how much of a "man" he is...

 

I was in Hartenbos couple of years ago, and out comes the shark warning and the Jetskis and you can literally see the sharks in the waves.

These two guys from De Aar, say let's go it's just a little fish.

Like bloody Americans who have never seen a Lion before.

 

We were surfing at Ansteys and the shark warning also came, my mates and I were about to duck on the first wave outa there when another dude rekons not to stress a whale shark is totally harmless! We thought that oke had been smoking to much of the local weeds and we ducked! Very FAST! Quite amusing 10 okes all surfing one wave to get the hell out of the water! Turns out the guy was right, whale sharks are totally harmless! This shark looks like a monster that I would never ever want to meet in the water!

 

Ansteys, haven't been there in ages...

 

Slayer, you'd be shocked at the state of Ansteys now! It's a different place...

I live on the bluff and i agree. Ansteys has gone down a hell of a lot. Was such a beautiful beach.

 

Hey Wito, I'm a born and bred Bluffite!! My old man was in the navy and we have lived on the Bluff my entire life! Must meet up sometime.
