Hi, I have with the help of some other threads diagnosed my remaining dwarfs with camalanus worms.
From what has been said before I have tried to source some Dovaworm without luck, none of the vets around Durban have the stuff.

The one vet did have Tramisol which contains Levamisole HCL at a concentration of 2.5%

So my question is has anyone treated fish with Tramisol before? Should it be safe?

To answer my own question, incase others are wanting to use Tramisol.
I dosed at 2.2µl/L and most fish did not seem to take to much strain. Rams and A.cacatuoides were already hiding in the plants, heavily infected with worms. Neons, P.furcatus and CAE seemed unaware of any change in their water.
I should mention here that I did provide additional aeration while the tank was being medicated.
After 24 hours I could see the dwarfs were still carrying worms so I did not do the 50% water change I had read about, instead I decided to go a more aggressive in an attempt to flush the worms so I added an additional 2.5 microliters/L, now totaling 4.7µl/L.

Word of warning here if you have CAE or anything that comes from that line this is a lethal dose! My poor little CAE literally died on contact with the first circulation of the meds around the tank.
The rest of the fish did take a little strain with the dwarfs breathing a little heavier at the bottom and the neons schooling a little tighter than normal.

At the end of the second 24 hour soak I did a 50% water change with a very thorough gravel vac. Within two days both rams and cacatuoides started to show an interest in eating and seem to be making a recovery, the neons and forktail rainbows ate like pigs through the whole incident. One of the rams that was very badly infected didn't pull through though.

I will report any further observations if necessary.
