The Java fern and moss grow well, only the Amazon i had to cut away all the old leaves since they all died off.

The June tank had 6 LED down lights in and then I've up the lights to 5 X T8's Saving up to get LED's

Update on my tank. I've added 5 lemon tetra's and 3 corrys. Still looking for healthy cardinal tetras but can't seem to find any in PTA.

Java fern and moss still growing non stop. Star grass seems to settled and the Amazon sword start growing again.

How do you get your moss to grow so nice. My moss does not want to grow AT ALL.

@quattro what moss do you have. What temps are your tank running at? What type of flow do you have? If you got the moss recently it normally has this adjustment period where it doe not grow and then suddenly go bos.

Now it is all very dark green and some places it looks like it is starting to grow but very very slow.
Tank is at around 27 to 28 degrees in this heat and the moss gets lots of flow and also the closest to my co2 diffuser. All my other plants do very good but the moss

Can't tell the type from my phone as the screen is a bit small. Your temp is a bit high for moss, they like tad cooler temps, they also love a bit higher Nitrate levels.

    Hi Quattro

Don't ask me what tipe of moss I've got but I bought it back then as Xmas and some other tipe, they all fell off from the log and the I just put it all together.

i use CO2 but has a sump filter so my CO2 is not running at its best otherwise I use all the Seachem products, Florish, excel, potassium, phosphorus, iron, nitrogen, trace and tablets every now and then. Lights I've got 5x T8 lights blue red some plant light, white and just a normal osram. My temp is 25-27 depends on day temp.

I dont know know what I'm doing right but they and the Java ferns grows without stop.

You've got a very nice tank setup as well. Hope you come right with moss

I am running co2. I put in flourish, excel of seachem and started with scape phosphorus and scape K and trace must say I can see my moss is starting to make very small bright green spots. But my tank is been running for about 2 months now as it is now after my complete re-scape. So will check it after about 4 months.
Just wanna know are you getting small green algae on your glass?

Yip green algea on glass and brown on my plant leaves. I'm saving up for a canister filter with UV light they say it helps with the algea growth apperently.

I definitely need to post pic again. The moss has almost taken over the log and crypt has doubled in size. Will update a post again with a new pic.
