@Altum may be able to hook you up with a frontosa colony and Ancistrus Dolichopterus

Thank goodness. Almost thought you want to keep frontosas and BN's together. I dont know what you can use. Plecos are hardy but i wont mix them with convicts and juwels

A Sinodontis should be fine(Feather fin Catfish) If the tank is big enough

i dont think anyone is gonna sell you a breeding pair of bristlenose in a hurry.my advice would be to get a few juveniles to adult sizes and do the waiting game.even if they do sell u a pair, there is no certainty they would breed as you take their word for it.

    just my opinion

The normal brown and golden ancistrus are imo one the easiest 'pleco's' to breed. Mine bred in one of my Betta tank's, when I moved them to their own species tank I discovered the male was guarding eggs. I've bred them since then in their own species tank. Yes, it might take a while before they start, but factors such as age, water chemistry, temp, pH etc. has to be taken in acount as well. Please take note that when they do start to spawn they will do so regularly, mine did every 4 weeks. I leave the fry in the tank with the parents for 3 months before I move them to a grow-out tank. Also consider that they spawn up to 100 fry at a time. Filtration and water changes must be #1 priority at the end of the day. It takes them around 8 months to be sexually mature enough to spawn. Watch-out for in-breeding, their tails tend to get crooked, just thought I should mention that to you as well. So refresh your line every now and then with a new male and or female. Pitty you're in PE, I have lots of golden ancistrus fry, with the latest spawn I now have about 140 fry between 1cm and 3cm in size.

I just got 4 of them for the first time ever, they are nice to keep and great to watch, on their piece of cucumber. I am surprised that they are so messy though? I`m doing bits of water changes everyday, to keep the tank clean. They are about between 8 and 12cm long, males is larger then the females. Not sure if they are old enough to give me a spawn, but im hoping for the best!

@llewellynkearney, pick-up only sorry unless you organise shipping, pm me for more info.
@HennieRoux, mine started to breed at 5cm on their own without any help from me. At 12cm they are fully grown. They tend to get 'lazy' at this size to breed but they are still very effective algae eaters.

A general note on BN - be very carefull with high protein foods!!! They get Bloat from it and if not treated asap death follows within a week! Talking out of experience here! You can give them once or twice in a month some blood worms and or BS, that's enough. Baby marrow's, pumpkin, sweet patato and carrots are taken greedily! Algae wafers and flakes with spirulina are also great foods.

Thanks @Charles my knowledge on these fishe is limmted, but wanted to get something else and learn some more, untill I get my angels from the Prof. Imfeeding cucumber and spirulina flakes, I also have 6 corrys thye are gettin bloodworm and flakes as well....I see the BN is eating some bloodworm, read up and said as long as they get their roughage it should not be a big problem...so keeping the bloodworm limmited, but they still prefer their cucumber, will get some baby marrow, carrorts etc this weekend for them.

Not at all...they actually leave him to do his thing. I have actually seen him chase the Mbuna from his cave a few times.
