My kribs managed to survive off algae and food particles from their parents and still kept up a good growth rate. I think brine shrimp nauplii (just hatched brine shrimp) could work well for them in terms of feeding.

I am gonna feed them the Prof's baby food, and the tank will probably have a bit of algae too...

Try and keep them in the same tank as the parents ... I did a split i.e. a few separated from the community tank and raised on the prof's powder vs just leaving the others to eat what was available in the community tank. The kribs with the parents did way better. Saw the same result with some convicts - so now I just leave all fry ... I do not push high temps for raising fry - not trying to get them to market or anything like that.

+1 The parents protect the young.

Mine use to breed all the time in my community tank, I always had a supply of kribs as the parents protecting them really improved their chances of survival. The us to dig a little cave under a rock or piece of drift wood and protect the entrance. And then one day they would come out sporting around 30 babies to the rest of the tank and try desperately to vend of snackers... At on stage I put a bottle on its side in the tank slightly dug into the substrate with a bit of sand on the inside and they Loved that.

Good luck they are awesome fish. They take better care of their kiddies than some parents I know.
