    Hey all,

New to this hobby. Got donated a 20l tank last year with one Zebra danio, today I have a 60l tank(I know nothing to brag about) 5 Zebra's, two Albino cory's and two Angels, Freddie and Bully.

Initially I had Freddie(10 months), felt sorry for him got two more (I know small tank, but shop only sold pairs of two) The two are about 5 months old I guess and the moment I put them with Freddie, Bully started attacking the other one, then they teamed up and both of them started to bully the 3rd Angel.

Two weeks ago I removed the 3rd Angel. Then to my amazement 3 days ago I see the below.

So I put two and two together and realized Freddie is a MOMMY!!!:thumbup:

    Day two.

Bully looking proud, not sure if I agree with his and her standards, Bully is like a teenager, right!

    Day 3

Some un-fertilized eggs, both of them are eating the dead eggs and fanning them non stop.

    Day 4

Overnight they decided it was time to move them to another leave, and behold wigglers!:)
Short while ago they had AONOTHER major move and picked another leave.

Ill keep you updated what happens next. I have no separate tank, so would be fun seeing how they try and raise them in a community tank. Let nature do its thing haha.

Thanks, found a piece of burned fynbos log, soaked it for two weeks and chucked it in, love the effect of it.

Made a video, see how the male releases a fry at the end. These two are a classic example of "Helicopter parent"

Do you have to feed them still if the parents are looking after them?

Not sure, don't think they will eat themselves to death.
