Boyu LD-1500 setup

    I got a boyu d-1500 tank (pics)

    Does anyone know how to setup the digital control panel.

    Kids wanted to put in a turtle. But tank is not suited as it has a 100liter sump at the bottom, and the outflow and overflow are based right at the top. So was thinking just get some plecos, oscars, jacks, and some Malawis. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to have a variety, so staying away from angels and discus.

    I'm more of a "plants and small fish" kinda guy. Plants wouldn't be great for this tank because of its height (and the large fish would probably destroy plants). That said, you could make a great rock aquascape and keep various Malawis. But I believe that Malawis are best kept with their own kind so may limit your stocking options. Doesn't mean a don't appreciate a big fish/no plants tank, so send pics when you're done!
