    Looking to spend about R200 on a betta for a 30L tank in our kitchen. Can someone recommend somewhere to me?

    @RaD: Parrot Inn next to old JHB gets in some really nice crown tail betta's from time to time at about R 80 a pop. Or you can buy a "vanilla flavoured" male at most shops.

    I wanted something a little bit fancy, for the R200 buck budget.

    I was also hoping to get something from a local breeder before having to go for the LFS option, but will definitely check out your suggestion.

    Hi, I bought the most beautiful male and female Betta's at Petstop in Montana Crossing. They had the best stock i have ever seen in SA, males going for R120-R180. Really worth the bucks. I will post a pic shortly of one I bought there.
