    hi guys

What will be the best and fastest way to move my convicts and theyr fry to a new tank?

i have to drain my tank this weekend to fix a tiny leak.

While im at it i will paint the back glass too and try redoing the tank a bit...

i will be moving them to a 80 liter long tank for a day or 2.

Will fill the other tank up with theyre tank water and use theyre filter etc to try keep shock to a minimal, but im not sure about the moving.

    Thanks.

@Fishlips, when we had to remove my blue acara and geos fry out the display tank we siphoned them out with a pipe, think it was 20mm into a bucket.

They all survived ok, no losses and they were only a few dys old
