Hey guys , potentially moving into a family member's apartment so I can finally get back into fish after a 6 month break. Im allowed to get one, thanks to the lax body corporate but obviously, its more an issue of practicality.

I was wondering what the max size tank you would recommend taking into account elevators and carrying. I presume its around the 60-90cm mark but Im also open to Cube tanks.

Any experience with running tanks in an apartment building would be hugely helpful , I've only ever kept in garages and houses so Im in the dark here. (I'm sure water changes and keeping the smell down are the biggest operational issues)

anything above 200l and you might be looking for trouble..

fishtanks shouldn't smell either, if they do, do more regular 25% water changes and add some activated carbon, that helps with the smells..

There really should be zero smell. ☺️ Good luck with your new tank adventure. Enjoy!
