    I’m not too sure what plant you are talking about but is that not Ludwigia Repens?

    Sorry to hijack but it’s sort of along the same lines. Can anyone ID the Anubias looking plant? I’m thinking Anubis nana?

    It’s a bit difficult to say without looking ate the roots/ rhizome but if it is indeed anubias it shouldn’t be planted in the substrate. It will rot. Perhaps take a pic with the roots exposed an some other folks might chime in?

    @TetraJacques told.me about an app called "aqua guide" that's actually very useful to I'D some plants,it has pictures for every plant listed. Maybe that can help both of you?

    That's Anubias, not sure what species though.

    While you can plant the roots if you have nutrient rich substrate, make sure the rhizome is always out of the substrate or it will rot as @A new day said.

    the one on the right-I think its anubias gracilis or hastifolia-it has the more smooth pointy leaves.
    The one not the left is barteri
