first thing is time,a watched kettle never boils lol and secondly lots of live food always helps, check your water temps as well.

Hahaha, same goes for fishing, if you watch the line the fish will never bite.

Jip, variety of live and frozen food are great, and also remember to keep up the weekly waterchanges.

Yip, agree with the others. Live(adult) brineshrimp. Do yourself a favour and hatch the eggs apart from the adults. Your success rate with the fry will be better as its easier to feed (liquifry and baby brine shrimp) and maintain the fry separately.

Breeding angels are scared of nothing. Half the problem is that they attack so vigourously they even damage themselves

You dont absolutely need brineshrmp, just helps..the idea is to give the adults, esp. female, the best nutrition to support egg production. Parameters fifine. Normal angels have a long history in captivy and therefore not the most demanding, still top water qaulity tipd the odds in your favour.

Mine would spawn every ten days or so on live brineshrimp, bloodworm and ocean nutrition's tropical quintet frozen food mix.

The pairbond will remain unless you have other angels in there. However your other community fish are likely to suffer...they get very aggro when they spawn. Removing eggs/fry is also a pain..
