Angelfish have white dot on eye

Hi there

Both of my angelfish have a white dot on their right eyes. It may be coincidence but they both only have the dot on their right hand side eyes.

Any advice on what I do to treat this. I have only been doing water changes twice a week for the past 2 weeks. Do I need to do more frequent water changes or do I also need to consider some medications? If so what can I use

Is the fish eating? Not as much as before but still eating a little

@Reedfish I managed to get rid of the white spot on the eyes with Seachen Kanaplex. The fish are eating much better now. You right about the overstocked of fish. Will need to plan for the distichodus and bala shark particularly in the new year.

 

@Reedfish yes I have a couple of options. LFS being one of them. I will try to give to a fellow hobbyist near me who has a 800liter and I know he looks after his fish well

 

@Reedfish silver dollars mostly, and rope fish.

 

I use a water conditioner powder that also dechlorinates water(bioboost)
