Angel fish question :)

Hi TASA!

In a few months I am building a bookshelf. Now, I know what you're thinking, this has nothing to do with fish! Oh but it does....

The bookshelf I'm building is half bookshelf and half..... you guessed it.. TANK!!

Now the initial plan was to put 4 1X1(32X32 CM) foot tanks on top and in the one I wanted to put and breed angels. However, I told my dad this wouldn't work and suggested that we put 2 2X1(64X32) foot tanks, but he said that would take up to much space.

If I were to keep it at 4 1X1 foot tanks what(using your wonderful, creative minds) could I keep and breed successfully in those tanks. Same for the 2X1 foot tanks.

This is keeping in mind that I would like to try something other than livebearers.

I do not think 1x1 will work at all besides the space you will struggle to get the water quility right.

The best person to ask about the angel breeding would be @Gert Combrink

 

Angels requires big tanks.. and preferably deep tanks.

Maybe put the tank on top of the book shelf? with a fry tank in the shelf? i love dual purpose furniture.
