    Very nice.
I like the natural colured ones. As ugly as they are
Not so keen on the albinos.

    Looking good.
How did you get them to breed.
As my pair only bred once.

They seem to breed better when the water is well oxygenated ... so running a big airstone 24x7 does the trick for me.

I have 2 airstones and filter that got air hose connected. I had 1 pair in and some smaller size bristolnose. There was 1 cave and lots of wood. They bred without me know as I just noticed a few fry in tank. 2 months later I moved another pair out of smaller tank in with them and added another cave. Since then they have not bred again.

Are you aerating the smaller tank also ?

I think wood and cave thing get good results in the end.

Congrats. Sometimes people forget just how long it can take for these fish to mature and start spawning regularly, especially with so many LFS's selling young fish at 2 or 3 centimeters!

Yeah - I would think a good 5 - 6 months if you get lucky .. depending on the size and feeding one would think.

It takes up 6 to 9 months for them to mature for breeding n it also depends on a balance diet

Note that they do breed prolifically once they get started....
