This is said to be a good cleaner, eats fish wastes, carbon dioxide, nitrogenous, and phosphate.

But it also seems to lose allot of leaves doesn't the rotting leaves swirling around the tank cause more No3 then its using up ?
Anyone have any care tips to stop this plant from losing leaves ?
Any tips on keeping it planted ?

Its growing wild but there always seems to be yellow sections dying somewhere..

Any tips at all please :)

These plants are blacklisted see rules about blacklisted plants and fishes.

My apologies, i did not realize Egeria Densa was the same as Anacharis.
Never heard of Egeria Densa until I googled the list of blacklisted plants and that one looks exactly like mine.

    Juddy,

this is a cold water plant which is why it may be dying off. However, because it is a cold water plant it has a very high invasive potential and if there is one plant that petshops should be forbidden to trade in then it is this plant, I view it to be a serious pest. It is on the blacklist, but it is still traded and this should be stopped.

    Kind regards,

    Dirk
