    My story...

I had theese unknown fish(still dont know what they are) but they had cichlid behavior. Any way i bought some more know cichlids and wow:eek:!I bought this little yellow guy (4cm) and when ever the Unknown ciclids wanted to attack it this guy stairs them in the face, waits then .......CHARGE!!!!!!!!!

And now they are living in harmony :smile1:

i like watching my platies fight over who gets to bully the female into mating with them...

Cause the female almost gets ignored when the guys see each other, its like:
    Scotty, raise the shields!
    Fins up Cap'n...
    Engage!

then they get all rigid and curl themselves as they use their pec fins to manuvre about while the other fins stay rigid, when close enough the one "b*t#hslaps" the other in the face with the tail fin. its hillarious to watch:D

This evening, while feeding my Bichirs some bloodworm, the one made a visit to the surface... where he tried to eat some bubbles. And not just some bubbles - about 10 or so before he realised what they were.

I throw in shrimp pellets for my Cory's. The black widows LOVE them... they grab one, put it in their mouth. At this point they realise this it's soo big to swallow, and too hard to chew... and they somehow need to get water in their mouth so they can breath... so they spit the pellet out, balance it on their nose... breath, and then suck in the pellet again. This goes on and on for about 5 minutes until the pellet is either dropped during the circus act and cannot be retrieved, or the pellet is soft enough to be chewed and swallowed.
