    Thanks
ya I might not even go with lights at all ,will start woring about lights once the tank is up and running properly . The room is already well lit and I am in the process of converting all my down lights to led Anyway .just a pity the led a are more focused in one are than normal down lights see pics attached .

The tank is filled ,leak less I hope and 3 40kgs bags of sand are in . I will add the contents of my current tank when I take the jardini across in a week or two when I'm back from a business trip .I rinsed it for hours but it's still murky as hell so the first chance to see how good my mechanical filtration is. Don't really know how long it will take to clear up due to the size .

Are you going close the top of the tank somehow? See thru glass or perspex?

    Thanks.
No I don't think I will Ever cover a tank again of any size. It just draws your eye from the visual effect of the tank in my opinion and in my case blocks more light and causes way to mutch moisture on light units and and etc and will only Scare the jardini as he is use to an open tank now and has more chance of getting injured in that way any way .

Some updates from last night. , the tank was still very murky but I placed a few large stumps of driftwood in to see how it will look and must say from the top it looks awesome ,I love the fact that there are no braces or hoods to block the view , not a final scape I'm sure am still keen to add the big 1m branch. .

Looking awesome, Aren't you scared that the fish will jump or something and end up on the floor ?
