Amazon Sword and bubble stream.

    I just did a water change cause im treating my tank for itch at the moment. I saw a stream of tiny bubbles being released from my amazon sword its been doing this for the last 10 min its a non stop bubble stream of tiny bubbles from the amazon swords roots that go to the top of the tank. any ideas what this is

    Do you have an airstone under your gravel? COuld be this.

    Your substrate will hold a little bit of air.

    if your substrate is gravel or large stones then when you put water into the tank you are airating the water when you drop it . the air gets trapped between the gravel .

    then released .

    no biggie
