    Thanks all for the awesome comments.

    I've transferred some from marine to fresh last night.They are still alive this morning.Im struggling to catch them thou,they super fast and shy and I have to get a net with smaller holes.I'll spend more time on them tonight and let you guys know .

    Some people keep them in a pot of salt water then drip freshwater in over a few days. Seems your way has worked :)

    As far as I have been led to know it takes them less that a minute to go from SW to FW in there natural environment.With the speed at which they move to try get out of SW and no doubt to avoid predators makes it beleiveable.Apparently they can only stay in SW for approximately 2 days before dying.

    very very nice ... so does this mean that every FW tank owner needs to run a SW tank for a constant supply of shrimp ...
