Hey there, I believe it is only necessary to add stability for seven days and you can add livestock at any point during that period or at the end.

Keep in mind to add Stability to the tank when you add the new fish - don't stock it to heavily - slowly build it up. Add stability to the tank with every water change as well. I use it with every water change, as well as Microb lift's special blend.

You do need to use it just for the seven days to help kickstart the filter. But it is not all you need, let the bacterial bloom continue in its own cycle, it takes up to 3 - 4 weeks for it to settle. Once you add fish I find the tanks still go thru another mini cycle due to added bioload. Go check the threads on the forum that explains it in detail.

Hi Wyvren so must I wait for the bacterial bloom to go away before I add fish or can I add fish after 2 weeks cycling, I will test my water for amonnia, nitrites and nitrates before I add a few fish per week.
