    hi every one.

    After seeing a previous thread asking about the meaning of LFS, I have decided to start this thread with a list of acronyms that are commonly used in the fish and aquarium hobby. Please feel free to add as we
    Go on.
    1. LFS local fish store
    2. LPS local pet store
    3. CO2 carbon dioxide
    4. MTS multiple tank syndrome
    5. TASA tropical aquarium South Africa
    I am sure there are many more so please update.

    mg/l - milligrams per liter

    hth - hope this helps

    For those that don't know. If there's an acronym in green in anyone's post, simply put your cursor on the word and it will tell you what it stands for.

    Ps: Maybe the moderators can get all the acronyms to work like that? See there is a couple listed above that does not reflect as green.
