    Whats the last pic? I saw one at a lps in george, a stunning fish, about 20 - 30cm, but very agresive, when you walk past him he atacks. But i do adore that fish and the rest of the pics are really great looking fish

    he/she is a Jaguar cichlid, apparantly they used to be very common but havent seen them for a while until now.
    they are aggressive, but more 'grumpy' than anything haha

    Nice fish. Are the big black patches normal on this type of fish or are there scales missing? (sorry, I know nothing about them)

    im assuming we're talking about the jag? no its normal , it just their colour pattern, he hasnt been in any fights so his fins and scales are all in tact lol
